Welcome to FinSpot. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using FinSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinSpot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2Description of Service
FinSpot is a personal finance management platform that allows users to track transactions, manage budgets, monitor credits and loans, set financial goals, and generate financial reports.
3User Accounts
To use certain features of FinSpot, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
4User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5Not Financial Advice
FinSpot provides tools for managing financial information, but we are not a financial, investment, or tax advisor and we do not provide financial advice. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility. See our Disclaimer for full details, and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
6Subscriptions, Payments and Pricing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, with effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store your full card details.
7Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To withdraw, contact support@finspot.live before performance is complete. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use FinSpot for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with other users' access to FinSpot; (d) upload malicious code; (e) scrape or harvest data without authorization.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms, after notice where required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. On deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinSpot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law.
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FinSpot, without depriving you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence (for users in Poland, Polish law). Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also bring proceedings before the competent courts of your place of residence.
12Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before they apply. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
